List of Theraputic Drinks Currently On Offer

Following your massage treatment I recommend that you drink plenty, particularly water or water based drinks that are caffine free.  Please choose from the following list:

Clipper

Totally Organic Teas

   Ayurvedic - Detox


 

* Contains a blend of organic herbs, spice and natural lime flavour, believed to aid detoxification.
* Rosemary, ginger, oregano & turmeric.
* Balancing Kapha
(Especially helpful when you have over indulged!)

    Nettle            

 

* Using Tender young leaves of organically grown nettles.
* Nettles are believed to improve and stimulate liver function.
* Believed to purify, cleanse & restore

Liquorice   

 

*  A sweet, invigorating infusion of liquorice root.
* Believed to aid digestion
(Not recommended for pregnant women and for those suffering with high blood pressure)

 

Chamomile & Lemon Balm

 

* A delicious blend of two relaxing and soothing herbs
* Helpful for sleep problems - especially useful when going to sleep is an issue as it reduces mental activity and sooths nerves.
* Especially useful for long term stress

White Tea & Peppermint

 

* A Light refreshing tea
*White tea is known to be high in antioxidents
* Peppermint is useful for clearing the mind and also sinuses, so helpful when suffering from a cold!
*A nice way to perk up after a relaxing massage especially before having to drive.

Earl Grey               

 

* An excellent blend of Earl Grey Tea
*When you just want a cuppa!

Coffee

 

* Not the best drink to have following a massage, however this is very good organic coffee 
* Useful for a real wake up, which is sometimes necessary following a deep relaxation massage, especially before driving.
