About Me
My name is Helen. Originally trained as a Hairdresser & Beauty Therapist I went straight into running a successful mobile business for approximately 7 years, before deciding to train as a counsellor. As part of my training I took a placement with Rape Crisis (Wycombe, Chiltern & South Bucks) as a volunteer counsellor and have now been working there for the past 6 years. |
I have also studied human nutrition, and have 26 years first hand experience with renal health issues; including end stage renal failure, dialysis and transplantation.
ReTreat gives me the opportunity to combine these different skills & knowledge into a professional therapy service, one that is truly about enabling you to….. Relax, Renew & Heal.

About the Room I called this business ReTreat as this was exactly what I wanted to provide, a place of sanctuary, somewhere to retire away from the stresses & strains of life…. a sacred space.
ReTreat is based in a private room in the family home, over looking the garden. Situated in a quiet location in Hazlemere, ReTreat is easily accessible from many different locations.
